Hanging with the Dingalings promises to be a side-splitting adult comedy show will celebrate Heritage Month by paying heartfelt tribute to the Dingalings' identity as both Durbanites and proud South Africans, celebrating their rich cultural heritage.

With the signature Dingalings flair, audiences can expect an unparalleled laughter-filled experience, guaranteed to be the highlight of their year,” said Naidoo.
“They will certainly recognise familiar characters that mirror their own lives. The foot-tapping music is poised to take them on a delightful journey down memory lane.”
Diving into the group's history, Naidoo said the Dingalings boast an impressive repertoire of around 50 comedy shows.
“The Dingalings' inaugural performance took place at the Super Nova Cinema right here at Suncoast. The show, titled 4 Dingalings and a Ding, featured a stellar line-up including Koobeshen, Henry, Vivian Moodley, Ravi Soobramoney, and myself. It was about 18 years ago when this spectacular event unfolded.”
Koobeshen Naidoo, a vital force within the Dingalings and known for his roles in The Kandasamys films and e.tv's Imbewu the Seed, shared his recollections of their early days.
“I vividly recall waiting backstage during that first Suncoast show, the anxiety of being sold out making my heart race. I kept revisiting the script to reassure myself about my first line. Just as the opening scene was announced, I nervously shoved popcorn into my mouth and ended up choking on it. Nowadays, I never touch popcorn backstage,” he quipped.
The highly anticipated new show is a two-hour spectacle suitable for ages 16 and above. Tickets are available through Ticketpro Online or at select Spar supermarkets.
