Chatsworth Police have appealed to the community for their help to find missing officer Sergeant Saxon Lutchman, aged 40.
Sergeant Lutchman, who is stationed at SAPS Durban Harbour Cargo Control, was last seen on Sunday June 2, around midday when he left his home in Shallcross, Chatsworth.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black tracksuit pants, a white T-shirt, and black shoes.
His vehicle was discovered abandoned on Tuesday June 4, at the corner of Wesley and Cliffview roads in Bellair. All of his personal belongings were found intact inside the vehicle.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Sergeant Lutchman’s whereabouts to come forward and contact Detective Sergeant Duma at 031 451 4233 or call Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
