A 48-year-old man died on Tuesday after collapsing at the Verulam Driver Testing Centre on Jabu Ngcobo Road.

A 48-year-old man passed away on Tuesday after collapsing at the Verulam Driver Testing Centre on Jabu Ngcobo Road.
Prem Balram, spokesperson for Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), confirmed that emergency responders received a call for assistance just before midday.
Upon arrival, RUSA paramedics assessed the man and found that he displayed no signs of life.
“According to witnesses, the man was standing in line at the cash hall when he suddenly collapsed,” said Balram.
Authorities, including reaction officers and members of the Verulam SAPS, are currently working to locate the deceased’s family.
Further details surrounding the incident have not yet been released.
